Suzanne McGoldrick

Consultant Solicitor

Suzanne studied law at the University of Liverpool before going on to qualify as a Solicitor in 2000 having trained with a Chester firm, Aaron & Partners.

Suzanne has since worked with a number of firms including national firm, DWF, before she set up her own property law practice, Knight McGoldrick Solicitors, in 2007. The firm merged with a larger practice in 2011. Suzanne went on to become a Consultant Solicitor and has worked in that role with Mackenzie Jones since July 2013.

Suzanne specialises in all aspects of property work, in particular, high value residential work and commercial leases.

Suzanne has acted on a number of high value leasehold residential property transactions in London & the South-East with property values in excess of £3million; she receives many instructions from clients in the London area, a great number being repeat business and where she has been recommended by her existing clients.

For over 15 years Suzanne has acted for a large national recruitment company dealing with all aspects of their property law; a large North-West based bakery chain dealing with their leases; and for commercial property developers based in Nantwich. Suzanne also acts for a developer currently developing residential sites in Shropshire .

Suzanne's time is divided as to 40% in residential leasehold sales & purchase; 20% in freehold residential sales and purchases; 5% in re-mortgages; 25% in commercial leases and 10% in commercial developments and other commercial matters. Suzanne is assisted by Shannan Bush, Legal Assistant.

In her spare time, Suzanne enjoys the outdoors, climbing the Wainwrights, caravan holidays, walking her dog and watching live music. She is an armchair football fan, supporting Everton and England; the men’s teams frequently cause her extreme disappointment but thankfully the ladies can play! She perks herself up with the odd glass of Rioja.
