How long does the conveyancing process take?
The conveyancing process can take anything from a couple of weeks where there is no chain and no mortgage finance to a number of months. The range does entirely depend upon the relevant parties ability to proceed which in itself is dependent upon the length of the chain in each particular case; whilst such matters are ultimately outside everybody’s control, we will always do all we can to achieve target dates for exchange and completion wherever we can.

We are clear and honest and understand the need to be available to communicate with you in an open, transparent way, free from legal jargon which can often jumble the process. We are also incredibly transparent in respect of our fees so that there are no hidden extras at the end of the transaction.
