A vacancy has arisen at our St Asaph office for a legal cashier

Assisting current cashier - previous experience in a Solicitors essential. 9am to 5pm 3 days per week & flexible holiday cover or possibly full-time. Salary depending on experience.

All aspects of Legal Cashiering, Purchase Ledger, Online Banking, Reconciliations, Petty Cash, Banking & Month End procedures, Deposit Accounts, General administration, Dealing with enquires

Basic skills required – Book keeping; familiar with the Solicitor’s Accounts Rules; knowledge of excel and other relevant software; and ability to be organised.


Conveyancing Legal Assistant Required

A vacancy has arisen for a Legal Secretary at our St Asaph Office.

Would you like to join our Team?

 The role would involve supporting the Property Department  with a caseload of Residential Conveyancing matters and commercial property transactions.  The successful candidate will be handling dictation, dealing with post completion matters, opening files, taking calls, managing diaries and assisting with file management.  You must be familiar with the preparation of freehold and leasehold contract packs, preparing completions statements, Land Registry applications and stamp duty returns.

This is a demanding , hands-on role suited to a highly organised and experienced property Legal Secretary.
