Property Solicitor/Conveyancer required
This is a full time permanent position
Acting on behalf of clients in selling, buying and re-mortgaging residential properties (including freehold and leasehold, Shared Ownership and Transfer of Part)
Taking instructions from clients, issuing contracts and dealing with enquiries, approving contracts, dealing with instructions from mortgage lenders, reporting to Clients and Lenders, redemptions exchanging contracts, progressing matters to completion and dealing with other associated procedures in connection with the sale and purchasing of properties
Liaising with clients, agents and other parties regularly involved to progress a transaction
Providing conveyancing estimates to potential and existing clients
Providing support and training to new and existing members of the conveyancing team
Legal executive, licensed conveyancer qualifications or similar experience/qualifications
Literacy, numeracy and grammar awareness
Ability to communicate at all levels
Knowledge of relevant software packages
Ability to prioritise
