A superb opportunity for a motivated Practice Manager to join a thriving Solicitors practice with offices in Chester and North Wales. The successful applicant would be based at our Head office on the St Asaph Business Park.
We are looking for someone with a strong commercial acumen to become an integral member of our team.
The ideal candidate will possess experience of general practice and financial management.
The position carries all the typical responsibilities of a Practice Manager including:
- Day to day office management
- Staffing/HR issues
- SRA compliance
- Money laundering supervision and regulatory matters
- Solicitor accounts rules compliance
- Lexcel accreditation/standards
- Liaising with external regulators, Accountants
- Ability to think about the more commercial aspects to running a law firm
