Family Law Solicitor - MIMNIUM 3 YEARS PQE

The successful candidate will be working on privately funded children arrangements, divorce and finances.

Ideally, you will come from a family law background with the ability to work on cases with the minimum of supervision. You will be keen to network to develop new business.

Conveyancing Fee Earner

An opportunity has arisen for a Conveyancing fee earner to join our busy conveyancing team primarily reporting to our St Asaph office but hybrid working encouraged. 

The ideal candidate should be experienced in residential conveyancing, have good communication skills and the ability to work under pressure. 

Preferably you would be a solicitor/licensed conveyancer or a Legal Executive with 2 years PQE.

With a keen focus on client care and compliance, we strive for and attain excellence in the delivery of our legal services and develop good, often longstanding, personalised relationships with our clients. Their satisfaction and our success is demonstrated by the excellent online feedback we receive and our returning clients. Responsibilities include

- Business development

- Ensure compliance, due diligence and adherence by the team to regulations and policies including those on anti-money laundering, mortgage fraud, GDPR and anti-tax evasion
