Samantha Mueller

Samantha began her studies with the CILEx Law School in 2011 starting her training as a fee earner in 2012.  She qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive in January 2018.

Samantha’s area of expertise is Residential Conveyancing.  The transactions that she deals with range from a simple freehold sale to a complex leasehold shared ownership newbuild purchase.

Sam spends around 70% of her time working on freehold transactions, 10% working on leasehold transactions and 10% on re-mortgages and transfers of equity. The remaining 10% of her time is spent on other more complex matters to include those involving possessory title and adverse possession claims.  Samantha particularly enjoys acting in purchases of unregistered land.

Samantha works alongside a dedicated team which includes Charlotte Frobisher, who is a fellow Chartered Legal Executive, and also Legal Assistant Wendy Killion who provides support and assistance.   

In her spare time, Samantha enjoys playing Netball for Abergele Netball Club.  She is also actively involved in raising money for both local and national charities.
