Anna Mills Morgan

Anna joined Mackenzie Jones in 2000 and is now a Director, specialising in high-value and complex personal injury, clinical negligence claims, plus divorce and financial settlements.

She is a member of the panel of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers, achieving accredited Senior Litigator Status in 2007. Anna attends annual training with the Spinal Injuries Association.

Anna has vast experience in complex claims for catastrophic injury compensation. She regularly recovers over £1m for her clients; other claims have resulted in awards for her clients between £1.8m and £5.2m. 

She also represents individuals that suffer harm from the negligence of a Hospital Trust, GP, or private doctor. Anna has a particular interest in harm caused during gynaecological procedures, pregnancy, or birth - to mother, or baby.

Anna has represented families at inquests for fatal loss claims from the negligence of a Doctor or hospital, and she has a thorough knowledge of the redress scheme in Wales. 

Outside work, her time is taken up transporting her children to various activities. Anna loves to travel and has visited Europe, South America, Hong Kong, New Zealand, and Australia. She enjoys running and CrossFit, which helps balance her enjoyment of good food and fine wine…
