Anna Mills Morgan
I have worked for Mackenzie Jones since July 2000 and I am now a Director specialising in personal injury & clinical negligence claims and more recently divorce and financial settlements.
I attend the annual Spinal Injuries Association training courses and I am a member of the APIL Panel achieving Senior Litigator Status in 2007.
I have been recognised within Legal 500 for the specialist work I undertake. "Anna Mills Morgan provides an ‘excellent service’".
"Mackenzie Jones Solicitors has a strong reputation in north and mid-Wales and provides an ‘excellent service’ to clients across the spectrum of personal injury claims, with a particular focus on high-value and complex cases.”
The ‘thorough and determined’ Anna Mills Morgan is currently representing a client who sustained spinal and head injuries after being hit by a vehicle; despite denying liability, Morgan has already managed to secure an invaluable £100,000 interim payment for her client prior to the full hearing on liability.”
I have vast experience with complex and catastrophic claims for compensation.
I also represent individuals who have suffered an injury because of the negligence of a Hospital Trust, GP or private doctor. I have a particular interest in injuries caused during gynaecological procedures, pregnancy or birth to either mother or baby. I have a lot of experience of representing clients at inquests and fatal claims when families have a lost a relative or loved one because of the negligence of a doctor or hospital and have a thorough knowledge of the workings of the redress scheme in Wales.
In addition I am the firms’ appointed Money Laundering Reporting Officer.
Outside work, my time is taken up transporting her children to various activities, but I love to travel having visited Europe, South America, Asia, Hong Kong, New Zealand and Australia. I also enjoy running and CrossFit.
