Tammy Strapp

Tammy Strapp joined the firm in July 2024 and is our Practice Manager. With experience gained from working with a number of law firms, both locally and nationally, Tammy brings plenty of experience of working with law firms.

As Practice Manager, Tammy is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the firm, providing support to both directors and staff. Their role encompasses a wide variety of areas, including facilities management, human resources, staff training, and regulatory compliance, among other operational duties. Tammy plays a key part in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the practice.

Primarily based in our St Asaph office, Tammy also spends one day each week in our Chester office, supporting teams across both locations.
