Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Location: St Asaph
Type: Full-time, Permanent
The Role
The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the firm by providing administrative support to fee earners and colleagues, as well as delivering a professional service to clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Answering the telephone promptly and professionally, taking messages and directing calls
- Opening, logging, and scanning incoming post
- Welcoming and assisting clients who attend the office
- Opening new client files and maintaining accurate records
- Audio dictation and document production
- General administrative duties, including filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Supporting the wider team as required
Skills and Experience
- Previous administrative experience, ideally within a legal or professional services environment, although not essential
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload effectively
- Competent IT skills, including Microsoft Office
- Professional, courteous, and confidential approach
