We were instructed to pursue a claim for damages against the employers in March 2011. The case was handled by our Richard Jones the Head of our Personal Injury Department.

We instructed Mr Bill Braithwaite QC and Mr Anthony Goff of Exchange Chambers in Liverpool and obtained evidence from several expert witnesses of repute.
