Anna Mills Morgan recently represented Ryan Lock and Sarah Robinson during the Inquest into their daughter’s death.

'In the 2015 Dr Bill Kirkup stated that 'These events have finally been brought to light thanks to the efforts of some diligent and courageous families, who persistently refused to accept what they were being told. Those families deserve great credit. That it needed their efforts over such a prolonged period reflects little credit on any of the NHS organisations concerned. This Report sets out why that is and how it could have been avoided. It is vital that the lessons, now plain to see, are learnt and acted upon'.

Ryan and Sarah had already suffered the most immeasurable loss, they did not and should not have had to fight for so long for so many answers.

I am incredibly proud of them and their tenacity and hope that families always have the courage to ask questions when things go wrong.’
