Change of Name

If you are wishing to change your name then we can assist you with this process.  Where able, we will try and assist you with this the same day as it is a fairly quick procedure.

We will provide you with a number of copies of the change of name to assist you when notifying the necessary people of your change of name.

We can also attend to changing the name of a child, however we cannot do so unless all persons with parental responsibility have provided their written consent.
